The problem

Voice assistants usually send everything you say to the cloud.

What I built

  • Maya is an offline voice assistant: speech in, actions out, all processed locally on the device.

The hard part

  • Keeping it responsive on local hardware without any cloud services.

Result

A private assistant — nothing you say leaves the machine.
